Mm? It's quite clear what it is - it's the stats introduced as "placeholder" with Castor.
And Istvaan, I don't know what the rages are for, but the Banes are for kicking the **** out of other BS with cruise speed and torpedo damage.
'Tis all broken. Either useless or uber. T2 amo should not be adding damage.

From my PoV the fact they deverstate smaller ships, at very high speeds, IS a drawback in that it basically makes a mockery of the missile rebalance.

One reason I like the idea of "other than damage " effects is we allready HAVE higher danage amo - faction. And I've used it to quite nasty effects.
You then end up with three options - the cheap and availiable T1 amo, the expensive and limited-avaliabity higher damage faction amo, and the expensive but (when production ramps up anyway) fairly widely avaliable T2 amo, the bonuses from which will be useful in some but not all situations.
Choices are good :)

It's more that it's blatently obvious there's a problem :)

I use faction, but hey :)
Actually, one of the T2 small proj types is okay. Except I don't think we have that one.

Rubbish.
This is a game, and one with a substantual base of newer players. In RL, as technology advances we do not make everyone start at the same basic level, there is an infrastructure to establish a base level.
Lacking that, things are fine as-is. Everything truly advanced SHOULD be a choice, for some situations and not others, but potent when applied properly. Not brokenly powerful or useless.

And a poor one at that.
Not only you compared apples and oranges, but you also got your figures wrong.
Anyway, I'd be fine with the idea of t2 drones being able to use t2 crystals with crippling disadvantadges.
Snort.
T2 amo is broken period (more damage? ugh). Sigh.
